webhost4seo opinions

I've been using webhost4seo for a few months. They've been fine until now, but the last few days my sites seem to have been up and down and all over the place. Seems they've been dead most of today, and I can't even log into my cpanel or the main webhost4seo website. Any other webhost4seo users on here having the same problems? Any feedback on quality of this host? Any feedback much appreciated --S
