Is Knownhost server down??

For the last 10 hours, I cannot access my website nor my clients'. This isn't good. I don't know if the problem is in my end or theirs. I can access http://knownhost.com, but cannot access http://support.knownhost.com, so I cannot submit a tech support. Can anybody please help and check if my http://65.99.238.89 is accessible? http://65.99.238.89/ is accessible from here, however it is slow as Verizon/Internap appear to be having severe issues in Dallas at the moment.

Hi layer0. Thanks for responding to my thread. So is it a colo4dallas connection problem? Who's responsible for this problem?

From here too. I have a vps in knownhost and all seems to be fine!

OK, thanks everyone. It looks like a routing problem from my ISP to level3 network. I've checked access from other ISP, seems to be working. I was a little worried there before... if the whole thing's down, I was afraid I would lose my clients.... Thanks!!

I'm not sure if your problem is anything to do with the same, as I'd need to see the outbound route too to be sure, but the issue I am referring to is with Internap & Verizon. It is not within C4D's control and is affecting many providers in the Dallas area.
