Hello, We got connection problem for almost 30 minutes. In immediately i contacting they support, and they tell me there's an attack to my server and after 15 minutes they telling about electric problem. I never got this connection problem with my last provider for almost 2 year. Anyone has this experienced too ? Best Regards, Joko Frank Octo

Hello, Yes, it is the electrical problem described in the other thread. It is affecting our customers at Burst.net and it will hopefully be resolved shortly.

This is resolved now. Seeing as you are a new customer, I would be willing to push forward your renew date to credit you for downtime as a gesture of good faith. Please open a ticket and we will get this done for you.

Hello, Go to http://support.h4y.us and click the ticketing system link. If you haven't filed a ticket before, first register for an account. Then, open a ticket in the billing department and say something along the lines of "Per John Grantham, please put my renewal date forward due to the power problems today".
