Hello,
We got connection problem for almost 30 minutes. In immediately i contacting they support, and they tell me there's an attack to my server and after 15 minutes they telling about electric problem.
I never got this connection problem with my last provider for almost 2 year.
Anyone has this experienced too ?

Hello,
Yes, it is the electrical problem described in the other thread. It is affecting our customers at Burst.net and it will hopefully be resolved shortly.

This is resolved now. Seeing as you are a new customer, I would be willing to push forward your renew date to credit you for downtime as a gesture of good faith. Please open a ticket and we will get this done for you.

Yes, I'm new with h4y since this month.
What should to do with opening ticket? What i need to say at the ticket ?

Hello,
Go to http://support.h4y.us and click the ticketing system link. If you haven't filed a ticket before, first register for an account. Then, open a ticket in the billing department and say something along the lines of "Per John Grantham, please put my renewal date forward due to the power problems today".
