Is Hostrocket Out of Business??? At 11:00 PM Eastern Time on Feb 14th: Our dedicated server went down Both Hostrocket's phone numbers are reported "No longer in service" 866-433-4678 and 800-545-6737 I cannot locate a land line to their building that is not toll free Their own web sites are not resolving. Any ideas? David

Well, they are back up at this time. Apparently their upfeed was cut off which brought down everything. Please disregard my urgency.

I still get emails about their services even though I been canceled over for a year!

This thread sure caught my attention, hope the issues are resolved. Though their site still seems to be down for me. Anyhow, good luck.

I live in the same area as Hostrocket is located, but around that date my home connection was out as well, for a whole day. It's TimeWarner. Now, I'm not saying that HR just uses TW, or if it even does, but perhaps it may have had something to do with it. We got around 4 feet of snow on Valentine's Day here. EDIT: Their site is down for me now.

strange, because some of their free hosting pages are up. Could be a server outtage and not network.

Viatalk a service of theres, is up and running fine, and so is their website for that service. Just as a FYI.

ViaTalk is hosted at EV1Servers/ThePlanet, AFAIK.

Was probably isolated to a few spots, so not sure. Our connection has been in and out last week.

Once again, all Hostrocket phone numbers are OUT, all servers are OUT, all emails are OUT. Our office asked them last month if they had a land line to call, and they said NO, that all they have is a VOIP phone system! Their toll free number of 800-545-6737 does not connect when their network goes down!

Its up now ... for me they changed their site I see. I remmember they used to offer for their shared hosting package only that they BW goes over the next month if you didn't use it which was good indeed wonder if they still do that.
