hostingfest.com down?

I was working with their support on another issue this morning and now I can't get any of the hostingfest.com sites to come up for a little while now. Anyone else experiencing problems? It looks like they fixed my domain issue though and I was going to close out the ticket

Hello, We are having problems with Hosting FEST. Just to let other future customers know that we have submited a critical support ticket asking for help because one of our clients websites is not working (using asp.net 2.0), this ticket was submited yesterday for more than 12 hours, until now we haven´t receive any repply, the phone numbers they supplied at the contacts don´t work (one doesn´t exist and the other no one answer). Is this company to keep working or is going to disappear? If someone have an idea please let us know so we can move on. I think this might work as a warning to other customers. Regards,

We have received this answer now: We have been going through some technical issues for the last 36 hours which has affected our ability to reply to tickets on time. This has been now rectified and your tickets will be answered soon. That doesn´t explain the dead phone numbers, and why weren´t the clients informed about this??

Hello, New update to this issue, problem fiixed the question about the phone numbers: They do work but at this time all our concentration is resolving the tickets therefore calls are being rejected to resolve all issues currently infront of us.
