Both sites load blank. However they do 'load'. I'd say it's potentially an ASO issue but you should confirm that with their support.

Okay i just confirmed with friends from malaysia and the US and they are both down. sent ASO email already.. and they reply quick.. i noticed too that on my sites (hosted on the same accounts) the loading time has slowed down for the past 2 weeks.. whoever is eatin too much resource on the server should be shot.

From what I can judge it looks like PHP is most likely busted, shouldn't be too much of a problem for the guys at ASO though They've got a good rep.
