Hello everyone, Am I the only one having problems with Cartika Hosting this morning ? My Web site is down (atria-rh.com) mailserver and SQL also gone..... Thank's,

Looks like a problem with DNS server - maybe? I have a dedicated box with them and it is down also. I hate to call Andrew on his cell as I'm sure they know it's down and are busy at the moment. Wanted to add: I was downloading via FTP when this happened - around 6:28 AM EST. Last edited by tcstatic; 04-12-2007 at 06:59 AM.

I called and received call-backs from both Andrew and Jonathan (one of the great support personnel). Everything went back up at 7:00 AM EST. It was Colo4Dallas maintenance that took an unexpected turn from what I gather The Colo4Dallas team got everything right back up...great work! Hello, yes, this was a scheduled colo4dallas.com maintenance window. Apparently we spam filtered their announcement to us and as such were caught off guard ourselves. I apologize for the inconvenience. Last edited by cartika-andrew; 04-12-2007 at 07:43 AM.

Well, my cel number isnt widely known - having said this, we did call back anyone who left a message on our phone system (which formally opens at 9:00am EST) as well as posted the forum announcement.

Yes, it is. If there is one thing I've learned from Andrew and Cartika is if mistakes happen, they are fixed and and responsibility is taken. (Not to say mistakes happen with these guys, but they are as transparent as glass from what I've seen.) (Coming from a customer perspective)
