ironvps down + my server

I have 1 server with ironvps.com and since this morning my server is down as well as ironvps. I only have their email which is based on ironvps so that's down as well. If i don't get any word from them and my server continues to be down what should i do? should i open case in paypal?

i was'nt using that server to host any site's neither i had any important data on it. So i am not worried about data loss. They have PM'ed me that they will refund my money in 2-3 day's and they are gone.

Hello, I had similar problems with 'TimesNW'. I've contacted their main suppliers, NetDirekt. Basically, they resold starhosting.de machines, who resold NetDirekt machines. After having spoke to NetDirekt and another of their resellers, Vectoral Servers, I have managed to arrange Vectoral purchasing my server from NetDirekt leaving the data intact. In turn, I have purchased a new and more powerful server (4gb ram for VPS stuff) from Vectoral who will assist in transferring the data from the old server to the new server purchased with them. All in all, I'm going to get all of my data back on a more powerful server. Vectoral are being ever so helpful with all of those lost in the scam - Just have a chat with their online support and they will sort you out. All their server stock is showing as 'sold out' simply because they are reserving hardware to assist in the TimesNW / other names problem. Hope this helps you

let's see if they refund my money or not. If i don't get the refund in 1-3 day's then i will open case in paypal. They PM'ed my today that they will refund my money in 1-3 day's and server is not recoverable and they are no longer in hosting business.

the server is recoverable via NetDirekt all you need to do is contact them.
