Hello All, We have sent out a mass email to all of our customers explaining what has been happening. Early this morning EST, we experienced a massive UDP attack, somewhere in the range of 750Mbps and affected one of our core routers. In the interim, we have blocked UDP. This mainly affects DNS, we are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and get normal service restored. We will keep all posted. Thank you for your patients.

Hello All, We have isolated the problem, and used the top layer DDOS switches to prevent further attacks. Right now all normal traffic has been restored. Please email us if you continue to see any issues. Thank You.

Hi Josh, I'm trying to ping volumedrive.com and my own server. Both are not available.%100 packet loss. Could you please investigate the problem. Sincerely Abdullah Gürcan

Abdullah, We will have a look at your server. Please email us, and open a new ticket. volumedrive.com is never pingable. We have ICMP turned off on the firewall. Thank You.

We are still having connectivity issues, all our shoutcast users are being cut off from the server every few minutes.

We are working to resolve this issue right away.
