Anybody Using SiteRollout.com

My server over at siterollout.com has been offline for almost 24 hours and I cannot get in touch with anyone to take a look at it. Just wondering if anyone knows the people over there or has alternative contact information I can use to try and reach them. I am also curious to know if anyone has ever had any luck going directly to the datacenter when their servers go down and cannot get in touch with their server providers. Thanks, Russell
