FDCServers, major packet loss

Looks like this one may be for the better, I am getting major packetloss on GLBX, my guess is that they are doing some work in adding in the new providers. Anyone else experiencing the same problems, and seeing providers FDC is adding? Thanks!

You saw a direct link to globalcrossing? thats new That is my current trace to the GBLX network, it uses Tiscali...

Talked to them, there isn't glbx in the mix directly yet, that was a direct peer through PCCW. NTT is inbound I heard so you may see that, and I am seeing a lot more PCCW inbound (maybe with the upgrade and everything).
