My account on HostMonster.com down - anyone have a direct email?

I have several domains hosted at HostMonster.com which have now all been down for over an hour (the spotcheck tool at alertra.com also reports them as being unavailable). I've been trying to open a support ticket on the helpdesk but I keep getting the following error: "XML error: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 88" Then emailing support[at]hostmonster.com tells me I can't open a ticket by emailing there. Is anyone else facing the same difficulty or does anyone know an email address at HostMonster that accepts tech support mail?
