doorhost.net ?? down? gone? who knows?

I've been with doorhost.net for 3-4 years, and I know, you get what you pay for (Hey, but who says a $12.95/mo host will hang around any longer than the cheaper ones??) Doorhost.net has seemed to vanish, yes their web site is up, but support doesn't respond. My site has been down for a couple of days. Does any one know how to contact them?? Any suggestions on who to transfer to? It really bums me out . because I'm gonna loose my mail. steve
