Aplus Down!!!

Aplus is having big issues for sure. I checked my server just now and I am not able to login. The ping to it shows around 98% packet loss. Even their website is damn slow and I am not able to even chat with a support person.

Their site is taking more than 118 seconds so far for me(fasterfox) I gave up and came here to confirm at least a major slowdown is going on.

The issue seems over now. 7.4 seconds to load their site. khurram007, do you have any details on what has happened and how long it took to solve the issue?
