We've got all our servers shutted down, because of billing issues of our resseler moderndedicate.com, looks like whole the staff leave the work. Get no respond on tickets, icq message etc. Would someone from EZZI explain how to get servers up? And move them from resseler to EZZI directly.

it's important for me too My server is down for over 15 hrs now there are 100+ domains Dear Ezzi support, could you turn on servers for 5-6 hrs atleast to allow us to backup and move domains to another data center? Many thanks in advance

Why don't you contact Ezzi directly? That would probably make more sense.

I'll provide and update, ModernDedicate has been turned back up some time ago. Only under the most extreme circumstances do we become involved in matters between resellers and clients of resellers. To those negatively affected we do apologize, but we can't be in the practice of disclosing information about our resellers or taking business from them if we wish to have resellers at all.

Same problem again, with Corwells.com reseller (former ModernDedicate). It seems all their servers was disconnected yesterday. They not answers for calls and mail. Somebody from Ezzi, please help me to turn my server on back for a day to allow me to copy all my data. I have contacted tech support through LiveChat but he answered that could not help me Many thanks in advance.

Just get a new box with another provider and restore from the backups you started diligently maintaining after this last time this happened.

They have already stated they can't help resellers clients. They can only help the direct cliental.
