Equentity Slow Connection Issue

Greetings Equentity Customers, We've been informed of a network connectivity issue taking place at the Cedar Falls data center location. If your site is loading slowly or email takes longer to come to your mailbox, you are probably being affected by this. Our understanding is that a construction crew working at a nearby site accidentally severed two major connections to the data center. The data center emergency team is working on restoring connectivity, and please note this does not in any way compromise your data, servers or your site. It simply means it will take a little more time to access your site while this issue is being resolved. They are optimistic the issue can be resolved before the end of the business day. If you have any questions, please feel free post in your client area (design customers), open a help desk ticket, call us toll-free or open any available line of communication most convenient to you, and we will assist you however possible. If you are not experiencing any speed issues with your site, you are most likely not being hosted in this datacenter, and you may disregard this notice. We will update you with more information as needed.
