CoolHandle down?

I bought a domain from moniker since everyone seems to say they are very solid. So, I also decided to try out their hosting service thru coolhandle.com It seems though that coolhandle.com has been down a few times and is down atm... even their main site - www.coolhandle.com is down Is it down for anyone else?
