Anyone know what's happened to TCH?

Hi, Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I just wondered if anyone knew what was wrong with totalchoicehosting.com? My email and website (which are hosted through TCH) went down about an hour ago and when I tried to contact the help desk it looks like the tch site is down completely. I can't find any contact info which is hosted elsewhere so I'm stuck! As you can probably tell I'm getting panicy too! Again, sorry if this is in the wrong place, but thanks in advance for all your help. Sarah

No problem. May of been a reboot of upgrade of software, who knows

Glad to see that it is back online. Probably they will have their main site and your account in the same server and that can be the reason why their site too was not coming up. Or it can be a network issue at their data center. May be youcan ask them what happened.
