Futurehosting outage?

I can't access any of my chicago VPSes, I can't load futurehosting.biz, and I can't load support.whbilling.com Anyone experiencing this? Kevin

All services are running normally now. We are awaiting an update from the network engineers as to the cause of the outage. Please open a ticket with support for further information as it becomes available. Although the outage was a few minutes, it is still unacceptable and I do apologize for this.

If you could reply here with the cause after you find out, I personally would appreciate it. I'm curious, but not curious enough to bombard the support team with tickets Kevin

Absolutely. The DC has responded: "We received an attack against one of our core routers, which resulted in approximately 7 minutes of downtime until we were able to resolve the issue. Everything appears to be back up and running now. If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know. We apologize for the inconvenience."
