Dear valued customers and potentional clients, we would like to inform you that one of our main servers has technical issues and will be replaced for 3 new servers. This will affect primary DNS services and our order and support system will also experience downtime and problems. Naturally, we will make sure that the order system will be moved prior to the actual move, so that the ticket system will still be available and that orders can be placed. However, if the DNS is cached, you may receive errors in trying to visit our system. If you cannot reach our support system but have a urgent issue, you are able to call us on 510-743-9293.
