PC Smart Hosting Downtime - UK Shared/Reseller Only

Hello, Whilst we are not a name that everyone can jump up and say "yes we know them!" id like to provide an update here to anyone wondering what the current situation is. We've had some intermittent issues with our main server housing Shared/Reseller customers. As such we planned and completed a migration of all accounts onto a new system. Unfortunatley we enountered a number of problems along the way, including IP's not pinging/resolving and so on. Have been working round the clock to get all of this sorted, most customer websites are up and running now although may go down for a few minutes whilst we can get other IP's sorted. Customers with Dedicated IPs/SSL will also be setup shortly. VDS customers were not affected by this outage. Just to update all customers have been emailed now and anyone with further issues should open a ticket. Thanks!
