Hi all, Our monitoring is showing 100% packetloss to all our hardware located at BlueSquare 3, is anyone else using the facility and seeing issues? Thanks,

Hmm, BlueSquare are saying we're the only ones reporting a problem, hopefully they will get this sorted out soon...

Everything up here in BS3

This is the second time we've seen network issues with kit in BSQ3 in less than a month, seems odd that it's happened twice and seemingly only caused us an issue, hopefully they'll get it totally sorted out this time round...

Helo Local Lad ! Do you know if this BlueSquare issue may have effected my clients ISPs ? & hence there e-mails ? or am I just being 'hopeful' I've only just found out about there problem, but wondered if this was too much of a coincedence !

We're back up and running now, word from BlueSquare is: "The switch had lost its config as a result of the power outage. Our network team have just this minute restored the config, so everything should be back to normal." I'm requesting more information as to how this happened, other than that, all sorted now.

They said it was only one rack in the end so i assume we are in the same one! @Brian...How is good ol Westbury? They are saying it only affected one or two racks so i wouldnt imagine so?

Yes it looks like I'll be spending several hours trying to find out exactly what my clients prob is. It's a real pain, because, a. they are my no. 1 important[but not £ value] client. b. it's prob something silly they have done on there pc c. there 100 miles away, so talking through on the phone is the first option, followed by, filing up the car ! White Horse country is good, hows the barracks ?
