Cogent Down from Europe?

Im having alot of problems accessing any website which uses cogent bandwidth. Even WHT. I had to use a proxy just to get here. This has been going on over 2 hours now.

WHT isn't using Cogent. That traceroute shows that your OWN ISP is the one using Cogent.
