Justgotvps down???

Has anyone experienced problem with justgotvps? I have a VPS server with them, it appears that my VPS server is down. I am not able to SSH into the server. also their website http://justgotvps.com is also not working. It has been around 12 hours now, i have raised a ticket 12 hours ago and still no reply or no fix Anyone else having similar issues? Please let me know

Try sending them an e-mail directly. Posting on here may further delay your order since they may not be aware of this thread.
