reseller3k and rockmyweb are down..
They have 2 or 3 days with problems..
someone who knows this happening?

Hello,
I replied to your email, we are online, our R3K cluster has been receiving overloading traffic, we have since stopped the offending sites and added extra capacity to the cluster in order to handle it. Everything should be running back to 100% now.
A credit will be in order to all customers affected.

Few days ago you opened a similar thread. This is not their support forum and you should find another way of contacting them in such cases.

I thought today was going to run around after so many days but this morning I found that the page does not work that problem still there now? This is serious business? I think that as many days with problems is not normal that I think we must be prevented before any attack

I apologize for exposing my problem here but it has been the only way because there was a way to contact support rockmyweb for all its pages were falling. I'm sorry and I apologize again.

But yes I want to place on record here about my dissatisfaction about the service of rockmyweb..
I'm sorry but I am very unhappy after so many days with the site down and so many problems.
