Surpasshosting Down

Surpasshosting is down. My two dedicated server are not responding from 2 hours now and their sites are not loading. Did anyone experience this????? customer login url : https://decc.surpasshosting.com/

Did you contact them first? I can see their site fine but not the customer login link though.

Their support also not working. I am not able to login to their support desk also.
