ServMap.com Down AGAIN!

Yet again , the server I am hosted on at ServMap.com is down! It was down for at least 4 hours that I know of last night, and now it's out again. It was down for more than 24 hours a few days ago when the server got hacked so they could do "Emergency Maintanence" .Can anyone else confirm that their account at ServMap is down? This is getting rediculous! The first couple of months with them was great, but in the last 5 days or so the server has been down more than it's been up! They have a 99.9% uptime guarantee, but they don't honor it. The guarantee says: "ServMap Hosting guarantees 99.9% service (http, ftp, pop, imap, smtp) uptime on all shared account. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime." I asked them about it and the refused to refund or even credit my account! So, I guess that there "guarentee" is just some words to make them look more reliable!
