I have problems with uni-hosts for the last 2 hours I can't login to my account and even the uni-hosts.com sites is down. Can anyone else verify so I know this is not only from my side? anyone know how to contact them? can't even open a ticket since I can't log in their site.

Not the only one with problems, see: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...=uni-hosts.com

well, I've been with uni-hosts for several months already and really thought of it as one of the more reliable hosting packages I have, this is the 1st offline problem I have with them.

He does not - he was simply stating that the url was not loading. Not loading for me either.

I PMMED Calinax here yesterday in regards to the problems with site and support - still no response (Calinax is his username here on wht). Was last seen 7/5 on WHT, last seen I believe it was 7/11 on FWS.....

Hmmm... still down?

Posted by dondor, 07-13-2008, 04:47 AM
yes, still down.. I've PM'ed yesterday the guy from DigitalPoint who sold me the package, but no reponse yet.

It is down, and no response after over 2 days on the PM to Calinax which is his username here. He has not been seen since 7-5 on WHT (or logged in anyway). I've emailed BurstNET regarding the servers, and they told me that they are willing to transfer server ownership over to them from this reseller, due to the amount of recent issues. SO..........Everyone - Take your backups while your servers are up!!! (I know many of you use VPS'es from them) From the looks of things, they wont be up for too much longer!

Can you please give more details on how to get the backup. I had a simple shared hosting with them, but I had alot of things I need from there. Thanks

Hm doesn't you think that they transfer it , and still can run the VPS on them , but we'll pay directly to them.

I registed a domain with uni-hosts, is there any way to transfer it to another hosting company?

Posted by Orien, 07-13-2008, 11:49 PM
Take it up with the parent registrar of your domain.

Posted by servoadmin, 07-14-2008, 12:43 AM
Yeah..you can ask for the "Auth Code" and ask them to release your domain name ...Take the auth code to your new host and they can initiate the domain name transfer..And once done go on with data transfer using FTP..:-)

It seems that uni-hosts.com is terminated/suspended by burst. Sorry to hear that. Rz

So it means we lost everything in our server? Cos I have 2 servers with them...

Posted by El` Eduardo, 07-17-2008, 06:02 AM
If you have dedicated , write to burst.net , and they can move you , but if you have VPS , they can do nothing.

I have my shared account on uni-hosts don't know what is happening there you can PM to calinax for shared account and for dedicated and vps ask to burst.net ........................might be same case like bionhosting.com
