When: Wednesday, 25 January 2012 23:00 EST Thursday, 26 January 2012 01:00 EST (approximately 2 hours)

Where: Colo@ Atlanta facility.

What: Configuration update on core routers.

Details: During this maintenance window, Colo@ routing technicians will be performing configuration updates on two core routers. This configuration update will result in better routing performance and increased IPv4 route capacity. Colo@ anticipates each update to take approximately 35-40 minutes per core. In addition to this configuration change, the core routers will be rebooted individually. It will take a couple minutes for them to re-establish BGP sessions and start passing traffic again. Two hours has been allocated for this maintenance window in case there are any delays. During this maintenance window you may experience a brief loss of connectivity if you do not utilize multiple transit paths.
