What's the URL to their website? Have you tried calling their phone number listed on their domain's WHOIS?

Tagbridge.net They were recently bought out by PC-Core from the old owner

HWSHosting has been taking on quite a few of their UK based 'refugees' recently, as for US VPS then check out the offers section Last time this happened it took PC-Core 5 hours to reply to tickets, and even then the best they could do was "Major issue, being worked on". So I wouldn't hold your breath for any meaningful support. Last edited by bear; 11-09-2008 at 04:59 PM.

And you wonder why you aren't doing much better than the old owners Coincidentally I received the same attitude from your support staff. I had a personal VPS with PulseInternet that was quite excellent, then the Tagbridge merger and things at Tagbridge went downhill... Very downhill. After the takeover support wasn't any better, the whole takeover seemed a bit of a mess to be honest therefore I cancelled my VPS shortly after the takeover. Seeing as I was an original customer of PulseInternet, and I went through the trials & tribulations of being at Tagbridge *Not fun by any stretch of the imagination* I have indeed been taking on other ex-tagbridge clients. fatbikez simply asked a question, to which I replied. I see no wrong doing in that

Hello everyone, I have taken the time to investigate this issue/outage and will post my findings below. There was an issue with Caros invoicing which we had contacted them about a couple weeks ago, unfortunately due to their delay in responding to us they disconnected all the servers we had with them, not just the ones that had an issue. Needless to say it will be the last time we work with CaroNET, I have never had a problem getting a simple issue like this resolved in 7 years. I do apologize for the inconvenience but believe me we were exhausting all methods of contact to get the issue resolved and restore service for everyone. Thank you everyone for your patience. At this time, while we don't have an active SLA for Tagbridge; we do understand that many were affected by this outage and as such we are offering compensation for them. Please contact Tagbridge support for more information.
