VPSByte is down. My server and websites don't work at all. Even vpsbyte.com doesn't work and you can't file a support ticket due to this. Lets hope this problem is solved asap. I was actually working on my websites when this happened and there is nothing worse than your server going down when you're trying to work.

Back online for me. That was sort of quick. Maybe it was just a reboot that got stuck somewhere. The server is a bit slow though. Does FTP work for you people?

Down yet again! What the hell type of company is this man? They keep ****ing everything up. Who is liable to pay all the damages I'll get and the bad reputation my websites will receive due to this downtime? and they haven't responded to my ticket in over an hour as well when they guarantee a one hour response time. FFS Vpsbyte...

Have you tried calling the phone number listed on their website?

The downtime was around 2 hours but the websites work now.

A backup power supply unit had died cutting power to our main switch. This was quickly replaced as soon as we could get the replacement part needed at 1AM Everything was down for about 35 min, please contact our billing department and we can credit each customer accordingly. As of now, everything is back up.
