UltimateHoster?

Anyone else hosted with UltimateHoster? They went down around April sometime and haven't come back yet. I've tried e-mailing the WHOIS contact to no avail; I didn't feel compelled to try calling an international (Australian) number yet. It looks like they copied the SLA of another provider. I contacted JaguarPC, mentioned as their host in that thread, and was told they were suspended April 8th. That sounds suspiciously close to the time lawyers and such were mentioned. Is it possible that the entire host was taken down for a stolen SLA?

Speaking of the devil... I haven't spoken with him in a long time and I hope everything is alright. I doubt the copied SLA is the reason why their no longer active.

Unlikely. These issues are usually solved once the offending content is taken down for a short while. Further, a couple of days are barely enough to put the wheels of justice in motion.

Same. I've spent a lot there. Sad to see no response for long time.
