Hi, some of my customers have issues accessing their websites, on a JPC server, I finally reached to the packet loss issue between TELIANET and GNAX ,
this is a partial tracert from customer side:

Please have your provider open a ticket with us for faster resolutions - public forums are not our support ticket system and are no monitored 24x7
This will allow us to solve any problem you might be experiencing much faster in the future.
The information you have posted here is not enough to figure anything out.

Why do people have time to post on WHT, but they cannot find time to open a support ticket?

I know the etiquette of public forums well, the PM you(sailor) got was a COURTESY NOTICE to you to be informed of something that I'm following with my provider and have posted here to know if others have the same issue.
Apparently no one here uses forums as support system or expects a 24x7 monitoring
Original thread that I replied had a date much similar to current date (except year) and I mistakenly took it to be an active thread, as the issue seems the very same to me.
This new thread (this thread) has been created by wht moderators and my posts have been moved here, as they noticed that I had got the date wrong,
