[My account with] Axishost down + not looking good =(

I've been with axishost for almost a year now, and I've pretty much had an excellent experience. Every problem has been fixed in a timely manner, and their response time to trouble tickets has been great. And that brings us to yesterday. I have a couple different domains hosted on axishost, and sometime in the morning I got the Apache "Great Success - Apache has been successfully installed on your syste" message on my sites. This happened once before and it was resolved within the hour. This time around, I filled out the ticket, sent it off, and receive no response. A couple hours later, I updated the ticket status (was previously set to Urgent, and I changed it to Critical). Still nothing. Moving on to today, I found that nothing changed so I submitted another ticket saying my sites were down, etc. Again, no response. Finally, I tried the Live support which was supposed to be online but ended up being offline after it opened up. I submitted another form with a different email address (when my sites went down, my email followed too). I did receive the auto reply email for that one, so it looks like they got it. That was at around 11am EST, and it's now 3:30pm. About half an hour ago I went to check the status of my ticket only to find that it has _completely disappeared_ from my ticket list. Er? So that's where I'm at right now. At this point, my sites and email have been down for about a day and a half. Anyone else on Axishost having problems? Or am I just a lone wolf here?

Tina runs a very tight ship and the single site we host there is running fine. Perhaps try the live support that appears to be online currently?

I tried the online live support but it actually timed out!

It says online but both departments are listed as offline once you click on that button.

You need to make sure that the ticket you submit is not associated with your domain that is not working. --Tina

Ok, I'll try submitting another ticket.
