ACEGX DOWN AGAIN??

Well I woke up this morning to find yet again my website was down. I checked acegx website and yep, they appear to be down again. Anyone else having the same problem. Do we know whats causing it this time?

Yeah me too, I was using them again until I could get money together to move. Pretty annoyed as I have to go meet with a client today. No doubt they will be looking at the site. Was going to start moving the sites this week!

Once again I am down. My host Prohostingcenter.com told me they were moving to Softlayer after ACEGX went down last time. Turns out it was not true and now my sites and my clients sites are down once again. I lost several clients the last time, and just started rebuilding new clientele after the previous fiasco. After refunding all my previous clients I pretty much had my hands ties to getting my own server. Looks like I am going to have to dig down deep and find a way to finance new hosting.

Yeh same as They couldnt refund my money even tho my account was in credit, so I thought (after loosing everything the last time) that it would give me enough time to start again.... Obviously not true...

You can still access your account via the IP address in case you wanted to do backups and move..

If you can reach via the IP but not the domain, sounds like their DNS server is broken.

I have now managed to get backups of mine and my client accounts from my ip address. I have now opened a new reseller account with innohosting so fingers crossed its plain sailing from now on. I will have to find a new use for my acegx account cause I still have until May 09 paid up.

That maybe the case but how good arent they if they dont even realise that. Again, I think there is like 1 or 2 people that makes up AceGX and both have probably gone out for the day. No contact details or anything.

After this you still prepay for almost a year.. stupid stupid move. No wonder you're broke. Never prepay long times.

Anyone know of a way to get into the domains cpanel. Its usually at domains.acegx.com I know its not hosted on the server as it is a reseller club account. Any ideas?

Their ns1.acegx.com and ns2.acegx.com are still pingable anyone else know anythign else on this situation? Did she get into another accident?
