Packet loss at M&M/Funke/vps4less?

For the last forty-eight hours, we've been seeing between 40-90% packet loss to one of our VPSes with vps4less: We've had a ticket open for twenty-four hours, but haven't gotten a response. The problem appears to be on M&M/Funke's network, at 193.28.153.9: Are we the only people seeing this problem? It's only affecting one of our two VPSes there - another, on 194.169.nnn.nnn, is performing fine...

Seventy-two hours, and still no improvement. Some kind of DDOS going on?
