xo.net or networksolutions.com issues

Anyone know of any issues going on with either of these? I work at an ISP and anyone within our service cannot get to networksolutions.com or sites that are hosted by them. This is a sample traceroute: This traceroute done from my house (I'm using same ISP I work for). I cannot telnet port 80 on any sites that customers have given, such as networksolutions.com. These sites work from other connections though. Anyone aware of some kind of outage with xo or ns?

I am sure you may have seen it already, but yes, an issue exists. We are seeing issues from Softlayer data centers. We started seeing issues Friday, 2008-08-15 starting sometime around 5:00 AM ET, email (and other services) have been unable to reach xxxx.netsolmail.net [205.178.149.7].

It seems they've been blocking copious amounts of IP addresses in order to mitigate a ddos.

Network Solutions has blocked several ranges of IPs in order to halt the DDOS attacks. As soon as the involved parties have been tracked down service will resume as usual.
