Their clients (like me) also have their websites they host with them offline, and no idea what is going on.

Was a bit hard to find the message, so for the benefit of others .... This issue affects All Servers. We are very sorry to announce that our backbone just had an issue in the last hour. Due to a major router failure our own www . servage . net cluster as well as the controlpanel, FTP some mail systems and the clusters 1-16 had been unreachable. We have just fixed the issues and all systems should be back to normal operation again. We appoligize for the inconvenience caused.

I also can't access the webmail. Here's Servage notice : "As previously announced we are currently improving our infrastructure. Therefore we will be moving your account to a new email cluster September 16th, 2008 starting approximately at 10 am GMT. While no mails will be lost during the migration old or achieved emails may not be available for a period of time. These emails will automatically be copied to your account within 24 hours. After September 16th, 2008 we request you to use incoming.servage.net as POP3 and IMAP server in your mail client – SMTP details should not be edited. We will continue to support srv7-imap.servage.net and srv7-pop3.servage.net for one year after that only incoming.servage.net can be used. For Customer with own Name Servers: If you are not using Servage name servers you will need to change your MX records to mx1.servage.net and mx2.servage.net. Should you experience problemes please use the support system and select the category "Upgrade Mail 2.0". We apologize for the inconvenience caused during the migration."
