I tried to ping the IP and I got:
Ping has started ...
PING 64.22.69.29 (64.22.69.29): 56 data bytes
--- 64.22.69.29 ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
Anyone?
My support tickets are not receiving any response from there system. Usually after a ticket is submitted, a predefined response from them will be sent.

Works fine for me. I checked their site and the IP and pinged just fine. I'm on the East Coast.

Thanks dude. Prolly cos I am accessing it from Asia. Shall wait and see how it goes. Will post updates once I get any.
