QWest DSL users can't connect to LiquidWeb Dedicated Server...

We recently moved our hosting provider to Liquid Web and they are nothing short of fantastic. However since the move QWest DSL users in South Dakota have been unable to connect to any of our sites, and starting this morning all QWest DSL users in Phoenix, AZ and the surrounding area are unable to connect. Whom does one contact or where does the trouble shooting for something like this start? If you need me to post URL's, it won't be a problem. I just didn't want my first post to have a bunch of random URLS in it. Thanks for the help,

Might I ask you to initiate a ticket by going to liquidweb.com/support and post the following information if you could: - A traceroute from your computer to your server. - The IP address of your Internet connection.
