It is a sad, sad day for us at WhirlHost. All of our shared, reseller, master reseller and some Linux VPS clients data has been lost. You can search on here about SellWHM's outages, we are related to that. So, what's going to happen from here? Well, my company email is down, obviously so please email me at fishkinz@gmail.com if you are a shared, reseller or master reseller customer I can provide you with a backup (not recent), if you are a VPS customer, sorry but it's gone. When our new server arrives we will be giving existing customers free hosting on our new plans (you will put on the same plan name), you will get the hosting free for a month to prove that we are going to be a better host than ever, if you are still not satisfied we can sort something out. Myself, and the WhirlHost staff are incredibly sorry for this event, although we encourage shared customers to take a look at those backups. All current customers (or customers that have their backups and want to still pay) must email the address mentioned as we have obviously lost our client database. We have taken precautionary measures to ensure that this even never has a place in our future line on business. Thank you for your time today, for existing customers I give you my sincere apologies, for customers who were wanting to signup with us, please be aware that when we come back, oh it's going to be good!
