Anyone else? Both of our servers with them experience packet loss, even ping to webnx.com get about 40% packet loss.

Our network has had no issues over the past few days. I am glad you tested webnx.com as its hosted on a 100% different network than the legacy 206.xx ips address's. From what I can see level3 had some spotty packet loss on their own network, but this is the only complaint we have see out of all of our clients. As of now I don't see any packet loss, if you're still having issues, please use our internal ticket system. Thanks

none of the monitoring services I use have shown any downtime or packetloss at all. Bandwidth usage seems normal too so I would have to agree with webnx everything seems fine.
