ServeByDesign network problems?

For the last 2 hours or so, we've been getting constant "up / down" alerts on a dedicated server we have in their datacenter. Main website doesn't load. First outage alert was at 8:12 AM Central, and we've been getting them consistently every 10 to 15 minutes since then. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Well, I called their main contact number, and ended up leaving a message as no one answered. Hopefully that means they're working on the problem! We'll see if I get a return call, or an RFO as requested.

Same here, i called them and left a message, and they replyed via email saying the following: We had a voice mail from you this morning. We are working on the network issue. I hope it gets fixed soon.

We are also showing down on both our VPSs. Hopefully soon and thank goodness it's a Sunday and nothing is going on for us. I'll post when they are back up from here.

I do apologize for this issue. No one has answered the phone because we have re-directed all of our resources to the issue. We are working on it as quickly as we can and we hope to have it resolved soon.

Just a short update. The issue does seem to be resolved, however as I requested in the voicemail, I still have not received a return call, nor have I received the requested RFO.

Yes, however, they probabley had a hundred phone calls regarding the network being down, so i dont expect them to personaly call everyone who left a voicemail just to say the network is back up. You would probabley be better off submitting a ticket to them, i receive a responce to all my tickets lituraly usualy within 10 - 15 minutes... which is very good. Overall i am still happy with ServeByDesign, however, if this network outage occures too often, then i might get abit upset... But so far so good.

While we try to answer everyone's questions, some may have been lost in the shuffle yesterday. While we do know many of our customers by name, we are not The Planet or Rackspace, so our resource pool is a little more limited when it comes to an outage. I'll make it a point to forward this information on.
