I'm trying to figure out what is happening with this company. Their site is still up but the VPS hyperVM along with the box(es) that house their VPSes have just gone poof!

Anyone got a VPS with them or a server with servermoment.com? I can't even get a hold of anyone even to get a status report.

Maybe an issue with your VPS only.
How did you contact them?

I called the phone number listed as the technical contact on the domain whois, the guy who answered acted like he had no idea what the company did and how to get hold of the actual owner.

I have the same problem!
Whole of my VPS offline for a few days, no reply to emails or anything!
Avoid them at all costs!!

They are part of the servermoment.com company, wonder if they are having any problems as well?
