ResellerWays gone - again??

So, after being "gone" and down for almost two weeks, we tried in another thread (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?p=5493291#post5493291) to resolve the ongoing issues with ResellerWays (and Level3Hosting); to eek out the truth and find out who was *really* to blame, a WHT mod closed the thread, saying "If there are any residual issues, please contact your host's support department." Well, as of 11:12am eastern time, now their site "ResellerWays" is down *again* (down over 12 hours at least), and so therefore we can't contact the support department. At least in that other thread there were some who were in alternate communication with Mike (the owner of RSW) and we would get tidbits of info via the posts. So ResellerMike, what has happened *this* time? And when will you be bringing everyone back online? You really need to keep folks posted and updated - have you not learned at least that?

Why are you still with them o__O Did this post say I was? Suffice to say I have a vested interest. Plus knowing some of what has beeing going on, it's additionally a 'watchdog' effort because so many have been affected. And with the thread mentioned closed and RSW down (yet again, with another substantial outage), why not? Have you got any helpful info on this subject... or were you just trolling?

I think what the mod was trying to say, if you have a problem and your a customer contact them. If your an outsider trying to just run a thread on the company, take it elsewhere

But thank you for the interpretation!

ResellerWays.com still down at 5:35pm. Tried to send in a ticket via support (as has been suggested), but of course, since their website is down, so is their support/ticket system.

I think many do and they thought things were getting sorted according to the thread that was closed. Now they probably have no idea what the future holds for them.

As you may notice, the name of this WHT category here is, "Providers and Network Outages and Updates (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=59)". I am reporting an outage. 1-25-09 @ 12:01pm Eastern: Resellerways.com still down. http://siteuptime.com/: FAILED. http://www.hyperspin.com/publicreport/78626/20650 (ResellerWays' own Uptime Report): DOWN. Outage occurred at approximately 6:00pm Eastern on 1-23-09. Outage affected ResellerWays' main website as well, so no support or support tickets can be entered. In another WHT thread regarding this same host (noted earlier), verification of Mike's (ResellerWays owner) correct contact phone number was asked, but he did not respond, so at this time no phone communications have been established either. ResellerWays is 'incommunicado'.

ResellerWays is 'incommunicado'. maybe he moved house again and got no internet what i find strange here is he was saying was movin everything outa lsn yet hes got an advert up opened on 23rd advertising servers at infomart which i think is dc lsn use

Site has been down for over 60 consecutive hours now. We thought he was moving his servers, but WhoIs shows he's still with LSN, so it seems there are other issues.
