Hey Anyone here hosted with HostGD? Ive got a VPS with them and its been down for about 2 hours. I cant even access the HyperVM node to try reboot.

Have you tried contacting their support team to check on the cause of this and whether they are able to fix it? By the way, I believe this should be moved to the Providers and Network Outages and Updates forum.

Beware of HostGD, I have just had a very bad experience with them. At first they were great, but then my server started to suffer with serious downtime. the first instance was 10 hours. Then I suffered repeated Downtime. I asked the host what the problem was and was basically palmed off with answers that were not satisfactory, The more my problems persisted the more they began to ignore my Emails, Support Tickets, Phone Calls and MSN messages. I eventually moved my Main site after 3 weeks of problems which to my disbelief was DDOSED last night 3 days after moving it to another host. My site has never been attacked before and 2 other sites I had hosted there are still offline. I tried to find out more about my Host so I done a WhoIs on there Domain, now the address that is listed does not actually exist as I checked on Google Street Level Mapping. The last address on that road is Twickenham Rugby Ground. I would advise any future would be customers to be very carefull were HostGD are concerned.

Im sorry to hear about this. I actually never tried their service but you can always look into leaseweb or serverpoint both of those appear to do good by reviews.
