http://www.virpus.com/ my VPS is down aswell, happened the same thing yesterday about the same time but didnt take long, this one is taking its time...

Our support system is not offline. It is hosted offsite. The ovz-gus server had to be rebooted. It is coming back up now. An e-mail was also dispatched to our customer base. nicmo - Prior to this, any other downtime was not a result of Virpus. You may want to open a ticket so our staff can investigate. WholesaleInternet is down at the moment... Which is who Virpus uses for transit

GetAVPS.com is probably hosted on the same datacenter as it is also down.

Virpus seems to be down (Node: ovz-trudy) Same on virpus.com and getavps.com :-(

It was always up, and ovz-trudy was as well. Please submit a ticket.

Again - please open a ticket. And virpus.com is not down, though it is having some issues with its content that we're working on.

I have submitted a ticket, but Neil is a little bit confused and he told me somethink about my other VPS I have with Virpus. He told "all is fine" about my second VPS from virpus, but I mean my first vps I have on virpus on ovz-trudy. I hope you (virpus) have not deleted my first vps, because it is the important one for me. I have paid for both vps's Ken, can you please look into the issue, please... Thanks. Neil resolved my Issue with the vps now. So it's working fine now. Thank you, Ken. But I think if I use the submit ticket form, they didn't read the additional informations I wrote like "IP Address" and "Node (if applicable)", so Neil have checked at the beginning of his checking procedure instead of the vps I meaned. All in all, now it's working fine. Fast support, thanks.
