Hello Customers, As you may have noticed, we have had some downtime recenetly, which was resolved, but then happen again. First and foremost, we want to apologize to you all. We are trying our best to put things right. Secondly, right at the time of this message being typed, all of our tech dept is working endlessly to retrieve back old backups and lost data for clients. This is our main priority. The problem was all at the datacenter, with some hardware failing. This resulted in failing a whole block of servers in the network, which hit our servers. More details will be given once an investigation has been completed. As you may have noticed, our website has been going up and down, this is because it is hosted on the same block of servers which have been affected. Rest assured, we will provide some sort of compensation, for the downtime, and will have everything back up and running. We want you to be ensured, that we are still here, working to put things back right. For an estimate, we believe everything should be up and working within the next 24-48hours. It is an estimate, so it can go either way. We will keep you updated on this forum. Once again, we apologize for this problem, and we appreciate your understanding.
