Savvis issues in the Northwest?

Maybe it's just me or has anyone else noticed latency/connectivity issues in the Nortwest (Seattle/etc)? My average latency seems to be in the mid 600's when normally it's between 6 and 50 to all of the US.

Hi Ron, Where are you seeing the jump in latency? Could you share a traceroute/pathping?
