resolves but : Checking Port 80... Connection failed: Connection timed out Ping Results: they are down...

Hi Igor, Our billing/support system and shoutcast control panel is currently down due to a major outage with our web host (a2b2) which is currently being discussed here http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=867100 We will have our website back up soon so that we can post a message to customers and provide an email contact. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but this is currently out of our hands. We host our support and billing system at a separate location to the servers that our customers are on so that we can be sure that customer services and our support systems are never down at the same time. EDIT: It might be worth noting that your web hosting / Shoutcast servers are not currently affected, although you will not be able to access the control panel if you need to make configuration changes. Update: Everything is starting to come back online now, the control panels are fully functional, however we are waiting to get our IP for the billing/support area routed back to the server. I have a ticket open with vaserv about the IP not working, however I'm sure that people can appreciate that it may take a while before it is answered.
